The orientation training will cover topics like marketing, customer retention, sales, product knowledge, store set-up, merchandising, ordering/shipping, policies/procedures and much more. You will never feel alone! Plus, we’re available via phone and email and you will have access to our exclusive operations manual to help properly run your fitness franchise business on a day-to-day basis.

How much will the Nutrishop franchise program cost me?

The total current initial investment necessary to begin operations ranges from $112,000 to $207,795. This includes a $20,000 initial franchise fee for a single unit agreement. As with any new venture, it’s important to have adequate capital to fund the initial business growth stages.

Is financing available?

We do not offer direct financing services. We recommend initiating the process by consulting with your bank if you have an established relationship with them.

Are there any monthly royalties or marketing fees?

No. Unlike other franchise models who may charge monthly royalties and marketing fees based on a percentage of your monthly gross sales, Nutrishop franchisees do not pay any monthly royalties or marketing fees.

Is there ongoing training and support?

Yes. Every new franchisee receives an initial two-week training experience inside highly successful Nutrishop stores, where they learn firsthand how to operate the business, serve customers, and market to their community. Once your store opens, the support continues with ongoing training, operational guidance, and continued coaching to help you grow and succeed.

How does e-commerce work for Nutrishop franchisees?

Our e-commerce model is designed to support, not compete with, our franchisees. Franchisees earn 100% of the profit from online orders in two ways:

1. Unique store link: any customer who orders through your link is tied to you (as long as the order is not placed within another franchisee’s territory).

2. By territory: any order placed on NutrishopUSA.com is automatically credited to you if the customer is located within your designated territory.

We handle all fulfillment, shipping, and customer service on the backend, so you can benefit from online sales without the operational burden. The result is a system that allows you to grow your business both in-store and online, without competing against your own brand.

Do you assist with the buildout and set up?

Yes. Our experts will guide you through the entire process of building out and setting up your Nutrishop store. Once your location has been selected and approved, we will set up a timeline of events that will end with the actual grand opening of your Nutrishop store. Rest assured, your hand will be held through this entire process and beyond.

Do you assist in the store location process?

Yes. While you are primarily responsible for locating a site for your Nutrishop store, we will offer you assistance in the site selection process and ultimately approve sites that conform to our general guidelines for Nutrishop stores. Your Nutrishop store’s site may not interfere with the territorial rights of any existing Nutrishop stores or any that are in development. We will utilize U.S. Census Data, consumer profiles and demographic research to assist you in your search. This critical data, coupled with key factors such as location size, visibility, traffic counts, anchor tenancy, co-tenancy, rental rates, lease terms and competition variables, will allow you to make an educated decision regarding your site selection.
