I'm also a Certified Health and Wellness Coach specializing in women's health, as well as a Certified Sports Nutritionist. I've been involved in fitness for many years and have competed in Bikini and Transformation shows. I truly believe that health, nutrition, and supplementation are the most important things you can focus on to live your best life!

Mike is a veteran and has been a Leominster firefighter for over 20 years, as well as a Certified Sports Nutritionist. Years of martial arts training and his love for the sport of golf have kept him involved in fitness. Being part of the community has always been important to Mike, and he has built solid relationships that have lasted for years.
